Max Irons
Fiction a Little Faster
The Man
After learning that dragons only exist in books, Max Irons decided that writing fantasy would be the sole way to live out his wild imagination. After multiple failed attempts, false starts, and a trip to the writer's version of Monopoly jail, he finally found a workable story.

Max frequently splits his time between writing the rest of the Traitor for Hire series, completing his pre-med courses, and keeping his border heeler from herding the unruly neighbors.

He doesn’t go out much, but if the planets align, and you’re thinking traitorous thoughts, you might see him at a local coffee house in his hometown of Nashville, TN.

The Dogs

Supposedly, behind every great man is a great woman. Behind Max Irons...well...there's just empty air. However, he does have the support of his ever-faithful border heeler, Phantom. A rescue dog, Phantom loves herding squirrels on walks while his owner works through the latest plot point. He keeps Max fit with his boundless energy but always manages to flop down next to him when it's time to work.

Strictly speaking, the Doberman-Great Dane mix named Patsy isn't Max's. However, he dog-sits for his brother so often that she might as well be. A frequent playmate of Phantom, Patsy certainly livens up every room she rumbles through and forces Max to write with one eye on the cavorting canines.
